12.01.2022 I'm really excited to be sharing this amazing project I worked on with some great friends of mine earlier this year. Thanks to Rick, Matty, Tim (plus Dr Lu Fen...ny - Holistic Vet at Home) and Weldon & Jack from Fortescue Helicopters for all of your hard work! It's extremely pertinent given the proximity of African Swine fever to Australian shores, and the key role environmental scientists and vertebrate pest managers play, collecting data on and controlling the feral ungulates that are the the main vectors of disease! Season One of Desert Vet will be on Channel 9 at 8.30pm on December 4th, 11th (My episode GPS collaring Camels), 18th and 25th!
