14.01.2022 IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM THE OWNER OF WHITE CLIFFS HOTEL - COVID 19 COMPLIANCE Not being one to post things on Facebook I again find myself chartering foreign territory, as most people are aware COVID 19 has thrown us a few curve balls of which we try and negotiate our way around and like any other business try and adhere to the regulations inflicted on us by our regulatory bodies. Today I was informed by the AHA of the first pub in NSW to be shut down for 72 hours and slappe...d with a humongous fine that would cripple most in the industry. Whilst the rules constantly change and make little sense sometimes they are the rules that we are regulated to abide by. We are currently struggling with a few patrons understanding that they must be seated at all times while on the premises. as the owner, my management and staff have my instructions and full support of zero tolerance of failure to abide by the regulations. Due to the restrictions imposed by our governing bodies during these times and the massive fines and ability to be forced to completely shut down for lengthy periods of time.... The inability of a few to be able to abide by these restrictions I have made the difficult decision to restrict our trading hour to 10 pm at night until further notice.
