25.01.2022 As a proud partner of Buddy Up Australia and regular advocates for Suicide Prevention projects, we proudly invite you to join us at the "Shine the Light" Walk for Suicide Prevention Day at Redcliffe tomorrow evening. Social Distancing rules will be applied as we walk in small groups to shine a light on suicide prevention.

25.01.2022 It takes a village to raise a child, and last night our village was out in full force despite the elements. Partnering with Buddy up Australia, we walked along the Redcliffe Foreshore to shine a light on suicide prevention and we are still blown away, not just by the icy winds, but by the sheer force of nature that are our beautiful community members. Thank you for supporting us in our mission to support the vulnerable <3

24.01.2022 The Strange Adventures of Charles P Dalwell by Peter James Bach. "The Strange Adventures of Charles P Dalwell appeals to a diverse demographic through the use of compelling characters, imaginative narrative and audaciously hidden messages throughout. I often found myself transfixed in another universe, and was in utter fascination as to how the book would end. - Hugo Toovey... 22.01.2022 The Strange Adventures of Charles P Dalwell by Peter James Bach. "The foresight Peter had in writing this novel was engaging, and very reflective as to his thoughts of the universe as a whole. I do so recommend reading these adventures; I guarantee for sure any reader would find themselves thinking, as I did, we knew some of these characters from our own personal journeys in our own life" - Marlene Hindson... 15.01.2022 Last night, White Bear Foundation walked with Buddy up Australia to shine a light on suicide prevention, a cause that is particularly close to our hearts. While the weather was particularly cold and brisk, we were ever so grateful to be surrounded by such beautiful people as we continued to show our community how much we support them, even in their darkest hours.

13.01.2022 The Strange Adventures of Charles P Dalwell by Peter James Bach. "What you hold in your hands is the greatest work of a very talented young writer. Its the worlds loss that none of us will be able to read any more of his works. Pete was a generous and sympathetic young man who had empathy, wisdom and understanding of the inner machinations of people far greater than someone of his twenty-two years." - Sabrina Smithers... 13.01.2022 Buddy Up Australia and Partners Wellbeing Forum - Thank you to all that attended along with our awesome partners/contributors. It was such a great event that ...had our people talking about connection as it relates to mental health. Our raffle saw Marc Ahmelman from #TIACS collect a great prize. The event promoted conversations with like minded organisations and gave members and the public an insight on what we all do. More photos to come. Thank you to Wellness Ignitor, Shaun O'Gorman, Dr Rosemary Patton, Dr Philip Armstrong and Harley Fox for participating in the Q&A on the day. We also had presentations from Volunteering Queensland, Open Arms, White Bear Foundation, Gaythorne RSL Advocacy Welfare Section and Kadampa Meditation Centre Brisbane (which saw us all to participate in meditation for approx 15 minutes). 01.01.2022 A very enjoyable and successful weekend at the White Bear Foundation Leadership Weekend Workshop at Stanthorpe Queensland. It was a pleasure to be with the children and support the community when in two weeks the town and surrounding community will run out of water as well as being severely affected now for weeks by smoke from the bush fires. We hear about how severe the conditions are there however until you visit you can not imagine the severity of what is happening. Thank you Stanthorpe for making us most welcome.
