18.01.2022 As a startup, social media is a very attractive marketing tool. It can be extremely cost effective for one! But {and this is a big BUT} to do it *right* requires time and commitment or you just won't get the results you're after [cue no reach, likes or comments]. Let me just say that managing a business page is *not* the same as managing a personal page. As a start, you need to pay attention as to what time you're posting {vs the early hours of a Sunday morning after a night ...out ... although we all love those posts on your personal wall so please don't stop!}. You also need to be relevant to your audience and you need to be consistent with your tone of voice. Basically - you need a plan. Have a read of what not to do ... and do the opposite
