25.01.2022 A couple of WC pieds to go into the aviary, 1 is a CW WC Pied and the other is a WC Pied Opaline split CW which I will be able to make WC Pied Rainbows from.

25.01.2022 These 2 are not the biggest of the nest but certainly the best colour. WC Pied/CW and WC CW brothers (he wont be staying).

25.01.2022 Some of the WC CW Pieds looking good.

24.01.2022 Whitecap Clearwing boy, he has just left the nest.

24.01.2022 Poomba's half sister is just about as big as her now.

23.01.2022 A boofy head for a young girl.

23.01.2022 Barry and one of his daughters from Poombas nest. She has been kept for future breeding, great size and nice shape all over.

23.01.2022 Looks like a WC Rainbow.

21.01.2022 Definitely a pair going to happen after summer. DF WC CW & DF WC split CW.

21.01.2022 Size comparison of the WC CW boy.

19.01.2022 This one has very clean wings for a Whitecap Dilute girl.

19.01.2022 This is Barry's daughter "Bouffant Betty".

18.01.2022 A few DF WC moulted out and glowing green.

18.01.2022 Mum and daughter, a couple of nice sized clean clearwings I've bred, also moulting and looking a bit patchy.

16.01.2022 2 mates just gone into the aviary.

16.01.2022 Some nice coloured SF WC's, I don't know what you would describe the colour as, maybe a darker seafoam or turquoise.

16.01.2022 I have put a couple of pairs together that will hopefully give me some Whitecap Rainbow Pieds AKA Whitecap Clearwing Opaline Dominant Pieds, you call them what you want, I don't mind at all and I won't correct you and argue about it. First pair is an Opaline Dilute X DF WC Op split CW, and second pair is a Dom Pied split CW x DF WC split CW and Op. No matter what happens I will be happy as I will get all SF WC chicks in the nests..

16.01.2022 At the top is Beast, that's Poombas half sister, then in the middle is her half brother DF WC and at the bottom is Big Poomba.

15.01.2022 The WC TCB girl looking good, still yet to moult and show her true colours.

15.01.2022 A DF WC CW & A DF WC SF Spangle, heaps of yellow on their wings.

14.01.2022 This big boy is my original WC, he has given me some very big WC's to breed from, the DF WC girl is one of his from his last nest.

13.01.2022 I've just moved Barry & Poomba's nice DF WC Spangle Opaline into the pre-aviary cage for a week or so.

12.01.2022 Barry bags a new babe!

12.01.2022 The experiment babies, mum is a DF WC Opaline and dad is a SF GF Rainbow, notice the WC GF combination birds are the same colour as a DF WC but they hatch that way they don't need to moult into the green colour like DF WC's do.

12.01.2022 A DF WC done on a mauve CW.

12.01.2022 Looks like 3 Seafoam Whitecap girls in the nest, all are a decent size and split to either CW or Dilute, dad is a WC / CW and mum is a CW / Dilute.

10.01.2022 Some DF WC green coming through.

09.01.2022 8 birds just put on MeWe.

09.01.2022 Old mates watching the crowd, the bigger one is starting to moult and change colour.

08.01.2022 The DF WC CW slowly turning yellow on the wings.

08.01.2022 This big boy has just pushed off the keepers list.

08.01.2022 My size scale is 1 - 5, 1 would be a very small bird, 2 is a heritage size and 5 is a very big show bird size. These would be a 2 and a 4. The smaller one is moulting some colour changes through.

07.01.2022 The DF WC CW boy moulting at the moment and turning green.

06.01.2022 Looks like there is a boy & a girl WC CW in this nest.

05.01.2022 Barry's daughter getting bigger.

05.01.2022 This is my biggest girl, her name is Big Poomba, she has to go and get a feather follicle taken out on her tail due to a recurring feather cyst, has anyone had to pay for that procedure yet, what am I looking at in $$$?

04.01.2022 A couple more of Barry's daughters.

04.01.2022 Social distancing!

04.01.2022 Going, they are on MeWe.

03.01.2022 YESSS another DF WC. The WC dilutes I won't be keeping even though one looks to be opaline.

02.01.2022 This 8 week old boy is the GF & WC combo split to CW bird, he is the colour of a DF WC already. You see his cap is a slightly lighter colour than his gold mask, he should be able to produce both GF & WC birds. He is a great size so I can't wait to see what he produces in the way of WC CW's.
