25.01.2022 One of our wonderful couples who have booked for 2021 shared with me that they loved the fact that WhiteChapel Estate serves a fabulous 3 course sit down meal for their guests. With the current pandemic it will be a massive consideration for weddings as it just wont be safe to have grazing options and buffet options for quite a while I imagine. The hotel industry has stated "Wes Lambert, from the Restaurants and Catering Association, said the industry is aware buffets will n...ot be allowed to open in the near future. In being COVID-safe, were letting our members know that buffets may be off the menu for the foreseeable future, he told 7NEWS.com.au. Restaurants will need to remove any of their buffet or self-display food just to avoid any possible cross-contamination." WhiteChapel undergoes rigorous food safety certification with our local Council. Make sure your suppliers do too. Certainly something to keep in mind. Grazing and buffet options will be off the menu for a while to keep you safe. Meanwhile, lets just eat cake!! See more

Make sure theyre registered, same as @WhiteChapel are registered with a Certificate of Registration for food safety from our Council at a considerable cost as well...to keep YOU SAFE! Every business selling food needs to be registered and have a Food Safety Supervisor who has also been trained etc etc etc.
