Whitegrain new opening hours: Wed 5:00pm -9:00pm Thu 5:00pm -9:00pm Fri seating 1: 5:00pm - 7:15pm, Fri seating 2. 7:30pm - 9.30pm Sat seating 1: 5:00pm -7:15pm, Sat seating 2. 7:30pm - 9.30pm. Take away will still be available from Wed to Sat 5-8pm. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you all again

22.01.2022 Have a great night out with friends on us! Enjoy a great night out at Whitegrain with two friends. Simply follow these steps to enter our competition. 1. Like our Facebook page... 2. Like and share this post 3. Tag two friends that you want to catch up with for dinner at Whitegrain The small print: Entrants must live in Gippsland and be at least 18 years of age. Your tagged friends will also need to reside in Gippsland. Winners will be selected at random from all correctly submitted entries on Monday 12 October 2020. We will announce the winner on our Facebook page. The prize includes dinner for you and the two friends that you tag in the post. We will feed you and include the first round of standard drinks. You will need to book in advance as normal process due to restricted seating and make your booking for before the 12th November 2020. Good luck!

13.01.2022 Bún Bò Nam B A flavourful stir fry beef marinated in lemongrass, packed with fresh herbs, soft vermicilli, fried shallots, roasted crushed peanuts and dressed with our refreshing home made nuoc cham.

10.01.2022 We'd like your opinion. We are super excited that we have been able to offer you the opportunity in the last few weeks, although in a limited capacity, to be able to dine in with us at Whitegrain. To be as fair as possible we have been offering bookings on a 'first in best dressed' basis. Unfortunately we have been finding that each Friday and Saturday night since reopening that we have had bookings cancel at the very last minute or only a fraction of the booking turns up.... It really is heartbreaking to have people miss out because of prior bookings canceling at last minute and no shows, especially when we can only seat 20 people. Yes, our goal is to make sure that we are at capacity; so that as many people who do want to dine in with us are able to do so. We would love to hear what you think. Some of the ideas that we are considering: 1. Introduction of a reservation fee on Friday and Saturday evenings. 2. Take no bookings and have a first in first served table allocation. 3. Start a cancellation list or re-book tables that do not respond to a phone call the same day to confirm. Or do have any other suggestions? We are open to your ideas. 07.01.2022 our Bánh Xèo (Vietnamese savoury crepe) - made from rice flour, coconut milk and filled with onion, pork, prawn and bean sprouts. Served with lettuce, fresh herbs, pickle carrots, cucumber and our tasty nuoc cham. To eat add abit of everything onto a piece of lettuce and roll it up and dip into the nuoc cham, deliciousness in one bite this dish will be available from tonight and will only be for Wednesday and Thursday nights.
