12.01.2022 I haven’t seen so much enthusiasm for some time like Gary and Kerry (The Co Owners) displayed over the Christmas period at WhiteGum Farm. Had a great time out ...there and looking forward to working there and being part of the team to get the restaurant going. Happy birthday Janette A Davis. A huge party out there for her 60th. There is so many exciting projects happening out there and the huge lake Kimberley had swimmers everywhere. What a great atmosphere! Do you know it costs $20 a night to camp there and you can enjoy a few beers there and swim free if you purchase a drink from the bar. Can’t get better than that I reckon. It was great to see all the local faces out there I haven’t seen in ages. Ps I recommend the Burgers they are yum and Janettes Lasagna is great. Book a table of 10 or more between Mon - Thurs and I’ll even come out cook for you or they are open Friday , Saturday and Sunday Lunch and dinner. See you out there in the future See more

03.01.2022 CAUTION: The Kauring test area will be active to the south of YWGM this week. Thursday 12th March (Afternoon) and Friday 13th March (Morning). This may be extended to Saturday 14th March (Morning) if the need arises.... We would not be flying the entire Kauring test area but a single line that we have flown in the past in a W/E & E/W direction, coordinates as follows. 116 50’ 50.00 -31 54’ 20.00 117 22’ 30.00 -31 54’ 20.00 Flying height will be approx 560m height above sea level, approx 200m above ground level. The aircraft will be a Piper Chieftain (VH-DTF) with a survey acquisition speed of 120 knots.. Intentions will be broadcast on 126.7 when approaching the area, and at the commencement of each run (and upon departing the area).

The line is oriented E/W, with the following start/end coordinates. 116 50’ 50.00 -31 54’ 20.00... 117 22’ 30.00 -31 54’ 20.00 A KMZ file showing the line location is also attached. We anticipate this flight will take place on Tuesday morning, and will be flown with a Heliwest AS-350 helicopter. Flying height will be approximately 200m above ground level, with an acquisition speed of about 80 knots.
