25.01.2022 This particular project was to hide a brick wall riddled with pipes and transform the area into a place that not only did your laundry but an area to entertain and have a bbq and beers on the weekend. The end result had to be bang on because the area was a real focal point of the house. So I suggested to the client to #merbautimber for screening the walls and recycled hardwood timber for the window boxes. Needless to say that the clients are wrapped with there new entertainment/laundry area @wayan_glen

What’s considered a ‘renovation’? If you are thinking about a renovation, to receive HomeBuilder the works must improve the... accessibility, safety and liveability of the dwelling. Additions to the property such as swimming pools, tennis courts, outdoor spas and saunas, sheds or garages aren’t allowed (unconnected to the property). What does a licensed builder mean? 11.01.2022 Bathroom No 2. This little bathroom was built out of nothing. We created its entry threw an existing cupboard keeping the cupboard doors intact. The space was a storage area in the garage with no sewage or water in sight...How you ask ???
