24.01.2022 We have a sneaky lil treat coming to you in the next few weeks. Our Ginesis Gin, distilled with a range of 8 hand picked botanicals and smoked malt, works as the perfect base for our barrel aged gin. Aged in a Prieto Picudo barrel infuses the taste of opulent fruits of a forest gateau, sunkissed black cherry, chocolate, and dusty earth smoothes out the palate before finishing with hint of black pepper. ... Keep an eye out for this one folks. A big shout out to Hidden Creek Winery Cafe Vineyard for the lend of their freshly emptied barrel!!
