23.01.2022 Whatever we have not met we will carry. We may leave a relationship thinking Thank heck that’s done! which is valid if the relationship is too hard or not in alignment with our path ... people evolve right? However if there was something presenting in our relationship that holds an echo of a core wound we have not yet met and realised why we have the wound, it will be transferred onto our next relationship ... even if that relationship is with ourselves alone.... The unmet energy is still in our fields, albeit it can hide in plain sight until we chose to shift through it. Energy never dies. Can it be transmuted, abso-fricken-lutly it can, but it will never just disappear because you chose a different landscape to play in, if you’ve not worked through it. It’s like the old saying we always chose a partner who’s like our dad or our mum unbeknownst to us, or if we are in the game of proving something to ourselves we may chose someone that on the surface looks and feels completely unlike them. Yet its actually the same energy reflected back to us in a different way. The energy held within the deciding not to do something is the same as doing if we do it with force or proving, if it holds the same unresolved pain / frequency. 21.01.2022 Sometimes it’s easy to get lost in the what ifs, the I should have dones, the why didn’t it turn out the way I thought it woulds. And that’s ok, if there is something in the questioning that gifts you a chance to see things from an higher perspective. However when you have tried and tried and tried again so much that it turns into pushing against, or falling into, something that’s not meant for you, (even if it looks like it) then maybe, just maybe it’s time to take a d...ifferent path. What we have not met within ourselves will indeed carry through to our next experience, either alone or with another. But that doesn’t mean we must stay in an environment that doesn’t fit our grander plan to work through those final pieces. This year has presented many such experiences for us. So many choice points. 09.01.2022 In these times of forced distancing, I’ve found a deep connection with people in my neighbourhood. I have experienced a new awakening happening. Each day I walk to sit down at my favourite place near me, overlooking the unusually titled Hen and Chicken Bay. People are out and about en mass, a much needed respite and reconnect with the outdoors from forced isolation.... I’ve always loved connecting with people. It’s balm to my soul. We are all one, after all. So I’ve felt deep joy in offering those around me a smile, a chat, a pat of their excited dogs, who I am sure are beyond happy to be walked twice a day. In the years I have lived in Sydney, I’ve always greeted people with kindness and an openness, sometimes with reciprocation but most times without, however these last few weeks I’ve seen an emergence of connection being birthed. There is a genuine connection happening. Which flies in the face of the current restrictions. But it’s palpable and oh so beautiful. My wish is that, after all this chaos settles down, people remember the joy of connection that for some is innate, and others learned. However it transpires, connection to those around you is a gift. Let love and compassion rise to the surface, smile and communicate with openness. Offering a moment of joy in an otherwise difficult situation can shift others to a higher level, even if only for a moment. It all counts and it’s all remembered. 03.01.2022 Recently I was visited by Mr Kookaburra. He sat on my fence and took in the sunshine, allowing me to be the paparazzi for a moment Kookaburra carries a powerful message. One much needed for me, as this year has delivered insurmountable, painful lows. Pretty sure I hit a PB (personal best) in February in the painful realisation/trauma arena, and it’s echoes have continued to slam me hard ever since. My heart has taken a beating, that’s for certain. So when Mr K turned up... I was curious to discover his message and thought I’d share it with you all as he really is most wise: Healing others and the self. Conquering fear. Ending old patterns. Turning hurt into happiness. "When, by the flood of your tears, the inner and the outer have fused into one, you will find Her, whom you sought with such anguish, nearer than the nearest, the very breath of life, the very core of every heart." . ~ Sri Anandamayi Ma ~... . This quote and accompanying photo sound the tone of the last few days for me, and what I imagine I will be exploring deeply over the coming few. My journey as an Intuitive Healer has been profoundly rewarding, beyond anything I could succinctly quantify with written words. Yet arriving at the point I stand today, with all I am able to offer you, has not been an easy road. Beneath the hard earned high-vibe happiness I joyfully emanate, beneath the beauty and love I freely offer and receive back tenfold and beneath the magical transformations I have been blessed to assist my clients achieve, there lies the small shadow of a painfully broken child yearning for acceptance, love and a safe space to explore her uniqueness. So as I sit on the precipice of the next chapter of my journey, I am consciously choosing to bring her back to me. This choice causes my physical body to ache, my non-physical heart to flip and feel as if it's breaking and my mind to question if it's all worth it. But my answer will always be YES.
