24.01.2022 After spending the past week in hospital due to an illness which I am not yet fully on top of; I have decided to close the gates for the remainder of January 2020. This will allow time for much needed selfcare, as well as quality time with my family. I thank you for your understanding and support and look forward to reopening in Feb 2020 (pending my mastectomy surgery date). ... 19.01.2022 Hey all, I thought I would touch base to let you all know that due to surgical proceedure, I am still out of action with complications setting things back a little. Given the current crazy times however, due to the highly contagious nature of covid 19, and the hands on nature of my work as a remedial massage therapist I would have been closing up shop anywho! ... So, until I am back on my feet, and the threat of transmission has decreased, TASH will remain closed. Whislt I understand the drastic change is admittedly very scary, please try to stay calm remembering that like attracts like (aka, fear attracts fear). There is always a positive to be found...you just need to adjust your focus. I hope you all stay healthy and happy during this time, and I look forward to seeing you on the flip side. P.S. 18.01.2022 Hi everyone, Due to having a massive surgical proceedure done on Monday 24th February, TASH will be closed until further notice. Thank you for your continued support and friendship. 06.01.2022 Happy Hump Day Y'all, Thank you all so much for your patience while I have been out of action. On top of my clumsiness which saw me sprain both ankles (always the over achiever ), I was also called in for an operation last Friday and so my 'rest' was a little longer than expected. I will however be back at work next week YAY !... Looking forward to seeing you all on my table really soon!

05.01.2022 For those who have asked who I recommend to see whilst I am not working, here is my list, in no particular order. Natural Balance Massage https://www.facebook.com/naturalbalance03/ Whilst I have not actually had the pleasure of a massage from Michelle, I have celebrated one of my dear friends birthdays with her, and she was so lovely that I am sure her work would be worth recommending.... Peter west - remedial massage & myotherapy https://www.facebook.com/peterwestmassage/ I have had remedial work done by Peter a number of times and he has worked miracles, helps that he is a bit like myself and won't let a tight muscle win ;) Oh an as an added bonus, he offers a mobile service. Sonja ljavroska - balanced health & wellness https://www.facebook.com/SonjaLjavroskaNaturopath/ Whilst not in Bacchus Marsh, I can tell you that Sonja's work is definitely worth the drive to Melton. Not only can she help on the massage side of things, she is also a naturopath, and offers spiritual healings. The fact that she is also a beautiful soul is like the cherry on top. Alternative to a massage, you could give chiropractics a try. If that is something you are keen on, I recommend Dr Leigh MacAulay in 9 Turner Street, Bacchus Marsh, he doesn't have facebook but give him a bell on (03) 5367 1318 to find out more. And that is all I can think of right now, If I think of any others I will be sure to post them once I am well enough.

04.01.2022 Hi Everyone, Thought I would pop in and touch base with you all, my apologies for leaving it so long between posts. I hope you are all doing well, despite the craziness of life at this time.... My recovery is going well and I am regaining my strength more with each passing week. In all honesty though, it will still be a while before I return to work; a combination of not yet being strong enough to do so, and also due to the risk of Covid-19. I thank you for your continued understanding, patience and support. I miss my chats with you all, and especially miss making you all feel relaxed and rejuvenated. Please be sure to stay safe!
