19.01.2022 White rose cafe now opening at 6.00am for the early birds. Breakfast special is Marlitt’s big brekki burger with a coffee consisting of 2 egg,sausage,bacon,hash brown & sauce, oh and also health baby spinach on focaccia together with a coffee only $10.00

18.01.2022 Our new opening hour are 6.00 am to 6.00 pm. We have a new coffee machine and a new coffee blend as well as the old blend. New range of cakes and slices that change daily as well as Marlitt’s home made pies. A new look in the shop and a new menu on its way. Come on in and have a look.

16.01.2022 Good morning world. Well it’s a bit of a sad day as Gerry & Karleeta open the cafe for the last time but conversely happy day for us as Marlitt & myself get ready to step in. We wish Gerry & Karleeta all the best and hope they enjoy their retirement,I think there is a bit of sightseeing on the agenda. The cafe is now registered as a COVID safe venue and the scan to sign in is ready to roll out. Our new opening hour are 6.00 am for the early risers. See you there.

15.01.2022 Weather can play a big role in our daily activities or sometimes put them on hold for a few days... SILO ARTIST ..Peter Mortimore has found himself up against foggiest of mornings, crispy frosts & wind factors that doesn't do much for 'brush & paint', now this beautiful rain .....so 'make hay while the sun shines'..so the saying goes. & enjoy your break guys. As the Silo Art work of Hugh Bowman & Winx takes in everyone amazment as to the hight of this art work.. For s...omeone that doesn't do heights Peter...I think you have over come that ... Great also to see Hugh & his Family visit his home town & to give his on the silo art All going well around 6 or so weeks & we will see final details go on HUGH BOWMAN & WINX along with local country scenes grow on the other silos with the towns own identity the 'Black Swan' bringing it altogether for one land mark & a great tourist attraction for our ' Little Big Town '

As Gery & myself sign off we would like to thank you all for your friendship & support over the years, take care & travell safe... Glenn & Marlitt all the very best as you settle in & enjoy your life at White Rose Cafe...... Over the past weeks we have seen their excitement as they try out new cake & slice, receipts ..mmmmm.. 09.01.2022 As reality starts to set in ,& Retirement days are on the count down....memories take me back to 2013...when our every thought was of White Rose Cafe..... .. .. preperation...exchange over..menu planning..family & friends traveling & spending days...weeks & into months, cleaning, painting etc.... Our family 'Baristas ' friend taking us on guided tour of Coffee Been Roasters..traing us on blends & spending a weeks in Dunedoo fine tuning Gerry with the art of Coffe...e ...then back for a few days training staff members....thank you guys for your time..xxx Fun stuff with Mountain Signs as we re designed the front windows and excitement as Rosie came to life.... Recreating Mums and Grannies Pickles & Jams ....& nearlyperfecting their scone recipe Looking back we could never have imagined that our road trip with Dad, ....stopping of at DUNEDOO to purchase our holiday lottery ticket & finding a closed down Cafe.. 'For Sale' would give us so much more than just a 'tree change'... 7years down the track our lives are enriched with forever friends and memories we will cherish forever.. To all the locals that made us feel welcome & supported us through out the years...thank you.. to the truckies & travelers, we thank you all for your continued support ... For the support of CARS & COFFEE....days.. when we all enjoyed a cruise in our old cars... trucks & bikes... Thank you to our Staff from 2013.. to our 2020 Staff for your on going support through the ups & downs of these past few months & years..up until end of trading for us on 16th August.. 09.01.2022 The iconic white cafe in dunedoo is now under new owners. While we will be keeping the retro look and feel we will over a period of time upgrade and replace what needs attention to keep the feelings of stepping back in time. The kitchen is getting a makeover with new equipment to bring it in line with today’s requirements. To this end we have bought new bench top fridges, a a sandwich bar and new coffee machine. Weekends we have a trained barista on duty who is also bring the rest of us up to speed. Marlitt is cooking up a storm with cake,slices,cookies and in house made pies. I’m toiling in the backyard making a new outdoor dining area. Our hour are 6.00 am to 4 pm 7 days a week. For takeaways after these hour the bistro at the hotel is open 7 nights a week until 8.30
