Today, Craig and a few of our key suppliers rolled up thei...r sleeves and jumped into the Foodbank WA Community Kitchen to cook and package over 500 meals which will be provided to people who don’t have the capacity to create their own meals for a variety of reasons, including domestic violence victims, special needs, homelessness or sickness. A big thank you to Allan from Austral Bricks, Nino from Centurion Garage Doors - Perth, WA, Domenic from Complete Glass Supply, Rod and Ray from Dale Cabinets and Maria from WA Marble & Granite Pty Ltd for volunteering and joining us in the kitchen today. Dear Graham, I am writing in regards to the excellent service you have provided me during my building phase.... I had such a positive experience thanks to you, being a first home buyer/builder I had very minimal knowledge of the building process and I was intimidated doing it by myself I had no one to help me. From the very beginning from selecting my blue print you made sure that all my needs were met, unlike other builders who did not she the same vision I had it was very personalised. Every phase you kept me informed even if it was something that was menial, I greatly appreciated this as it made me feel I was included in the process and I was never left in the dark. If I wanted to change something you would make sure it was amended immediately. Exceptional attention to detail. Every time I had a query or just needed some reassurance you were quick to respond diligently any hour everyday. If I had to do this all over again by myself without your extensive building and real estate knowledge I honestly would not know where to begin I cannot thank you enough. My experience with Gemmill was a positive one if I had to build again just based on the support and attentiveness that was provided by yourself as my building representative and the team I would most definitely build with Gemmill. I commend you on your excellent service and in depth building knowledge. I am ever so greatful, the whole experience was made fun and easy thanks to your guidance and attention. I was so impressed with your service I knew you would be the one to entrust to my Aunty from overseas to guide her in the process of building in Australia. From the very first call we had with Graham Whitfield in June to our key handover last week. The process was completely seamless. So many people told us the building process would be stressful, this was absolutely not the case for us. Every interaction was friendly, every email and phone c...all query was responded to promptly and with care, and now we have the most beautiful house. 04.01.2022 THANK YOU Brett & Betty for taking the time to write such an amazing review! ''Having postponed our search for our first house due to it seeming like Mission Impossible, we accidentally saw an ad for Gemmill Homes on FB. What Gemmill Homes had to offer looked very nice, so at 6 in the morning on a public holiday, we clicked on it and at 8 am the same day, we were called by Graham Whitfield. Graham informed us that he would like to sit down with us that same day to show us wha...t he had to offer, and we were incredibly pleased since we were both off work anyway. It later turned out that this was nothing out of the ordinary for Graham, early mornings, late nights, Sundays and public holidays makes no difference to Graham, he's always there to help. We met at the Gemmill Homes office in Osborne Park, and Graham guided us through the options that we had in our position. He was at all times polite, professional, informative, yet at the same time to the point. There was never a time where Graham promised something that he knew he would not be able to keep. It was incredibly liberating to sit down with a professional and be told exactly what options we had (or didn't have), and then go for it. Needless to say, the options that we had far exceeded our expectations, and at times when we went a bit off course, perhaps reaching a bit beyond our abilities, Graham kindly explained, showed and informed why, how and when. Graham is a highly professional individual, he is completely honest, available to the point where we feel slightly sorry for his family (he must work 24 hours a day), very informative, highly skilled, and most importantly, he gets the job done quickly and efficiently. Once we had decided on our plan, Graham quickly put us in touch with all the rest of the people representing Gemmill who needed to help us as well (finance, planning etc etc), and they were all well prepared as Graham always takes the lead and makes sure that everyone's in the loop at all times. It is now a bit over 4 months since Graham called us back on that Public Holiday, and our first house is already almost done. At a time where we were ready to give up, Graham called and showed us how to get our first house. Graham comes with our highest recommendations, top score, 5 out of 5 Stars, 100% satisfaction. In the near future, we will be building an investment property and there is absolutely no doubt about whom we'll call. Whatever your intentions, whatever you're building, wherever you're building, if you want to be successful and at the same time have a great experience, you just have to remember one name, the rest takes care of itself Graham Whitfield Thank you!''
