24.01.2022 CRACKING CRACKING CRACKING session this morning team!!!!!!!! Honestly I’m so happy with you guys this morning! You nailed those 10 minute efforts, but I’m most proud of everyone’s 1km efforts on the tower straight into the burpees & backing up with the next 1km effort Thank you all so much for showing up & putting in the effort you did. Great way to start the day & you all should be super proud of yourselves ... If anyone else would like to join in next week, let me know

So good to see you all striving to hit those targets, also goes to show you how everyone has different strengths too! ... Great team work at the end working on those intervals too! Honestly guys, I know I keep saying it but seeing how much you have all improved in the last 6 months since coming back from lock down has been amazing & very rewarding! 13.01.2022 I get asked all the time what my number one tip is to reach your health & fitness goal, the answer? CONSISTENCY! Consistency with training Consistency with nutrition ... It doesn’t matter if every meal or every workout is perfect, because let’s be honest that’s not real life. What does matter is that you are consistently trying as every effort, no matter how small counts & is a step towards your goal. Well I find the body generally feels fresher at the start of the week, less tired & mentally I feel like it sets up the rest of my week & allows me to start on a positive & rewarding note How did you start your Monday?
