"'A beautiful, authentic ,old cane cutters cottage in an idyllic location.Seems like you are a million miles from anywhere but the shops are just back down the road and Airlie Beach just a short drive.A big bonus is the new Northerlies restaurant and bar on the water nearby.Well worth a visit with views across to Airlie and a fantastic atmosphere.If you want relaxation,just chill on the deck of the cottage and listen to the wildlife.This is a completely different experience to anything you will get in Airlie Beach.Cane Cutters Cottage is a true "escape" Suzette and Adrian live nearby and are caring but discreet hosts.'

Cottage was full of character and history as well as being comfortable and private amongst the beautiful garden. A must stay for anyone, especially if you enjoy character homes.
