18.01.2022 What do you do when your photocopier gets stuck at the boot screen? Unfortunately it means you need to format the hard drive and start over again. Thankfully for Hastings Deering Pete was able to restore the original settings with the backup we keep through the E-bridge Cloud Connect remote service program. All the settings that were saved on their device originally were restored and it was back to working as normal.
