16.01.2022 Mindfulness workshops at the Expo The postponed Aligning Fest Wellness Expo is on this Sunday and it will be a chance to come and experience many different things. Whitsunday Psychologiclal Service is happy to be presenting 5 different mini workshops on various Mindfulness techniques, (see schedule below). And for those interested in more, the Mindfulness Retreat will be at the same location in 4 weeks. There are discounts for those who attend this Sunday get a 10% discount to the Retreat, or get a group of 6 or more together for a 15% discount. Look forward to seeing you soon.

07.01.2022 New location from November 1st at the Mackay Rehabilitation Hospital Consulting Suites. Thanks to all those who have supported or accessed the service. New Medicare provider number now received so Cathy will be available to see new clients as of 11th November. Kind regards!

06.01.2022 Sadly, the Aligning Fest Wellness Expo scheduled for this weekend has been cancellation due to bad weather. However the discounts to the Mindfulness Retreat will continue throughout the weekend.
