18.01.2022 With restrictions slowly easing and normality on the horizon I have decided to finally take the step and hold my first meditation and healing workshop here in the Whitsundays. This is a perfect time to come together and meet like minded people wanting to incorporate meditation and healing into their busy lives. After years of practicing meditation both domestic and globally, I have created my own unique style of meditation using crystals and sound therapy in conjunction with ...energy work such as Reiki and breathing techniques. I look forward to this workshop being one of many and to be able to show and teach what I have learnt over the past 20 years. This workshop will commence on July 16th every Thursday for 6 weeks and will go for 1-1.5 hours. Included in this package is a Reiki/Massage session at Akashic Spa to be used within the 6 week workshop. Numbers are limited to 15 so bookings are essential. 17.01.2022 I would like to advise that Akashic Spa will be closing from Sunday the 8th of March and reopening on Monday the 16th of March. I would also like to let my lovely clients know that I will not be traveling to China as planned but instead will be taking my leave locally and exploring more of the Whitsundays. 12.01.2022 It breaks my heart to announce that Akashic Spa will be temporarily closing its doors today as a preventitive measure to protect both staff and clients from the transmission of COVID-19 as advised by AMT ( Australian Massage Therapist Association ) and my insurer. As much as I dont want to close Akashic Spa I feel it is the best choice for myself, my family and our community as I treat a wide variety of clients including the potentially vulnerable. 09.01.2022 EXCITING NEWS Akashic Spa will be opening for Remedial massage on Monday the 11th of May Firstly I would like to thank our wonderful community and my AMAZING clients for reaching out with such supportive words and thoughts over the past 7 weeks This has been such a scary time for us all and it means so much that I was in so many peoples thoughts during these hard times. I will be in the spa Monday morning replying to all facebook, emails and phone messages and apol...ogise for any delay in getting back to you. I will be working solo at the spa the next few weeks so please make sure you book in advance to avoid any disappointment. From Monday the 11th of May I will be offering Remedial Massage only and will be offering all beauty services from Monday the 18th of May. Be assured I am currently working on our COVID-19 safe plan to ensure all health and safety guidelines are met for the wellbeing and safety of all clients.
