21.01.2022 Quick question for the MYOB users out there, we have the Business Basics v1.1 software, I've been using it for a little while now and have very basic knowledge. I'm wanting to do a TAFE course to make sure I'm using all of the feautres, the course content will be learnt on Accountright Plus V19.6. Ive asked the corordinator wether this will be an issue, and she has said "it shouldn't be". Has anyone used different versions of MYOB?

If you need advice or quotes for internal or external Painting give Shaun a call 0404700747 They advise the following:... - Wash mud, dirt and debris from your house with a hose, starting at the highest point and working down to ground level. - Where possible, remove all wet items such as floor coverings, rugs, mats, furniture, bedding, linen and clothing. If floor coverings are removed, thoroughly clean and dry the floor underneath before new material is laid. - Be alert to snakes, spiders and rats that may have taken refuge in your home. - Begin drying out the house as soon as floodwaters recede. * Open doors and windows during dry days. * Fans may also help. * Attempt to drain water away from under the house to increase airflow. * Check for trapped water and mud in wall or floor cavities. * Never use petrol or diesel-powered equipment (such as generators and pumps) in enclosed spaces. - Each area affected by floodwater within the house needs to be cleaned, including empty refrigerators and cupboards. - While cleaning up, be mindful of materials containing asbestos and take appropriate precautions. - Mould or mildew may develop if items are not completely dried. 16.01.2022 Your Home, Your Colour, Your Style Colour has the potential to become one of the most fundamental elements in your home. You can use colour to brighten up your mood, make your space look larger or smaller, or reflect more light. It can easily identify personal space for you and your family at home. For the interior, you could utilise colours already existing within your furnishings and accessories. This can make a great starting point for transforming your home. The amount of natural light a room receives will dramatically affect the density of a colour. Rooms facing south or rooms that receive little light will appear lighter with lighter shades of colour (e.g. whites or neutrals). Rooms facing north that receive a great amount of light (and may feel very warm) will suit the cooler palette of colours.

12.01.2022 What a glorious day to take a pic of CrossFit Maitland . Shaun finished this project a while ago now, but every time we go to take a pic we are both there training !! Yep this is where we are when we're not working :D Shaun was overwhelmed by the support and the help offered to him by so many of the CFM members whilst on the job site, it truly showed just how Matt & Shan have grown CFM into the amazing community focused crossfit gym it is today. Big SHOUT out to all the helpers.

Colour is the first thing you see when you walk into a room and colour creates energy and mood, so getting this right to enhance your home makes perfect sence. Have a play on the new Taubmans "Choose Your Colours" and try ideas on a photo of your very own room !

02.01.2022 Kids back at school (joyfully dancing around sipping coffee :)) what better way to start my new role, by going Stationary Shopping !!! I luuuuuurve stationary. Not only can you not work without it to keep things supa organised, but I like a bit of OLD SCHOOL so I'm off to buy a diary. We will still use electronic Diarys because of the reminder alerts, does anyone else use a good ol fashion Diary ?
