13.01.2022 NEW SIGNING ALERT Christmas has come early for all fans at The Nest! We are stoked to announce the signing of Cam Wild for 2021.... Cam joins us from Shepparton United and the Northern Blues where he had signed for 2020 before Covid struck. After the season in Victoria was cancelled Cam headed West and played in the SANFL with Central Districts before venturing North and finishing up at NTFL side the Waratah’s! Cam will now come to Whittlesea at the ripe old age of 20 to play for The Nest. Cam is a workhorse through the midfield. He earned Vic Country honours and racked up the ball at will. He played TAC cup in 2019 with the Murray Bushrangers’. As an on baller he was a consistent force all season thanks to his high work rate. In cam’s final year for the Bushrangers’ he averaged 23.8 disposals, 4.3 marks and spent considerable time on a wing, particularly in the second half of the season using his running power to outlast his opponents. Wild is a hard worker with a cracking attitude that will see him push himself to the limits as shown on game day. He will fill any role given to him. We look forward to Welcoming Cam down The Nest in 2021 and seeing what he can do on the field.

04.01.2022 Shoutout to Republic Tavern! They’ve provided the raffle prize of accommodation & vouchers for this Friday nights event! Republic Brewery & Tavern. A small bar atmosphere despite the bigger space. Get down for a drink. A meal. A conversation. Or a gathering. This is a revolution in the North. And it’s pouring now.... 250 Cooper Street, Epping, 3076. Don’t forget from 6pm this Friday. Tickets sold for the raffle, food trucks, our senior men in an intra club match and much more!!

04.01.2022 Thanks to everyone who came last night to support the club. It was a great turnout and a fun night, very good to see all the Whittlesea faces after a long year! Winner of Esky & slabs donated by D’Amore Cellars was David Hosking. 2nd prize, Mantra voucher won by Shaun Mitchell.... Our raffle raised over $800! Thanks to all for the great support. A safe & happy Xmas to all our Whittlesea members and the wider community! Also a big shoutout to Santa and the Whittlesea CFA for entertaining the little ones!
