This year Samuel accomplished his AMEB Garde 1 Rockschool exam which was his very first experience through the exam process Rockschool is a internationally recognised examination that is assessed through AMEB. Not only is she the lady helping to run behind the scenes for Whittlesea Music administration Elise is also a Vocal and Piano teacher with over 15 years experience in teaching and the music industry. Elise completed her Advanced Diploma in Music majoring Vocal and instrumental tuition. She has been classically trained, jazz/blues, opera, musical theatre as well as popular contemporary. Throughout her career Elise has performed at the greenroom awards for musical t...heatre with Eddie Perfect, done many gigs in the corporate scene for events and weddings around Victoria as well as having the opportunity to play with many well know Melbourne musicians in the jazz seen. In March 2016 Elise performed at ‘Day on the Green’ at Rochford winery supporting for Rob Thomas playing along side other artist such a Pete Murray and Darren Middleton. Elise really enjoys sharing her knowledge and passion for music to her students and feels very privileged to be part of Whittlesea Music. See more

15.01.2022 As for many of us in 2020 it has been a year of resilience and adapting change. We have had to learn to teach through these new changes as well as our students learning exciting new ways to grow with their instruments and playing music. What a transformation we have seen in our students through our online learning. Their determination to further their skills and knowledge regardless of the limitations of not being able to see their teacher from week to week has been amazing t...o witness. The teachers at Whittlesea Music have had the opportunity to see their students achieve outstanding results with their AMEB, rock school and ANZCA exams. 04.01.2022 Meet Nick Hayward our very talented, multi-instrumentalist teacher. Nick plays/teaches a large array of instruments such as Guitar,Drums,Piano,Trumpet,Bass Guitar, Tuba and Vocals. His genre focus is Folks/Roots Blues and Progressive Rock, but also spans across all other genres as well. Nick has been playing music since he was 11 and has been a part of the music industry since 2013. He has completed his Certificate 1,2,3 In Music Performance at NMIT and has also completed his... Diploma of Arts (Music/Performance) at Collarts. Nick has performed all across the Melbourne CBD including music hotspots such as The Espy, Musicland, Brunswick Hotel and The Workers Club. He has been playing with artists and in bands from the age of 13 and is now pursuing a solo project ‘Hayward Music’ which he has been growing a following on his Instagram page (@hayward_music). 03.01.2022 MEET ADAM: Throughout Adam's music career he has written and recorded an EP with Hightower as well as playing a few house parties and original gigs in the CBD. Co-founded and played in Melbourne based cover band, Snack Attack, for several years, before leaving to go back to gigging with original songs. Adam has played all over victoria, and we were once flown to Airlie's Beach in Queensland to play for a week long residency. We have added a photo of Adam playing live for a...n original gig at Revolver's , we are loving the in hawaiian shirts Adam, it's pretty rad. Adam is such a caring and nurturing teacher who brings out the very best of each and every student he teaches having long lasting impacts on the students love for music.
