12.01.2022 It's really hard sometimes. A little bit like if you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all! I admit I have been someone who rolls my eyes when I see 'be kind' plastered everywhere. Thinking to myself there's more to it than that!!... It's hard to be kind when you have personal hurt or stress. But we are trying to change a pattern. A negative one to a positive one. So our default mode becomes treating someone the way we want to be treated. Anything unfamiliar is always hard to make familiar. Just keep trying.
