16.01.2022 Welcome to WHOLE Fitness with Alana! Firstly I think it's probably a good idea to share a little about myself with you so you can get a feel for the kind of trainer I am and if I might suit your goals and needs. After working in the Women's Fitness industry on and off for 15 years, I felt that it's about time to bring that knowledge and experience out into a different space. Working with every day, normal people to improve their health or get a bit stronger or make it easie...r to play with their kids or grandkids is what I love to do- in fact I'm passionate about it. I'm a mum myself- I know how easy it can be to forget about your own health while you are looking after everyone else! My goal as a trainer is to simply help you improve your quality of life. I'm not out to scare you or break you or go all "commando". Yes, we will train hard enough to challenge you- change doesn't happen without challenge- but it's about working together to get you where you need to be to be enjoying life and kicking health goals.
