22.01.2022 As the weather warms up, smoothies are my go to! Great for using up fruit (and veggies) that are close to going off or if you have extra. Great to get kids (or husbands) to eat veggies without knowing too (this one is full of spinach and kids or hubby didn't even notice )

20.01.2022 Do you struggle getting your RDI of veggies each day? Adding 1 or 2 serves during breakfast is a great way to ensure you hit your daily intake goal. This omelette packs spinach, kale, mushroom, capsicum and tomato. 1.5 serves of veggies to start your day right!

16.01.2022 Nothing beats a quick dinner full of veggies, salmon, garlic and lime!

10.01.2022 Busy weeks mean you have to be prepared. My tips is, pack school lunches/work lunches during dinner prep - less dishes, less double handling of food and saves time!

07.01.2022 Breakfast is a meal a lot of people struggle with. Here is a healthy, quick to prep and easy to grab and go brekkie.... 1. Use a rolling pin to flatten slices of bread (Ive used a low carb, high protein bread) 2. Press into an oiled muffin tin and preheat oven to 180 3. Fill with diced veggies (ive used kale, mushroom and capsicum) and any flavourings you want eg. Garlic or seasonings... 4. Top with a 2 whisked eggs (and a sprinkle of low fat cheese if you desire) 5. Cook for 20 mins or so (until egg is set) 6. Can keep in a sealed container in fridge and eat cold or reheat in microwave for a quick grab and go option Enjoy x

05.01.2022 One of my go-to breakfasts! I simply chop up extra veggies while I'm cooking dinner the night before and pop them in a sealed container and back in the fridge. Morning comes, pop them in a pan, add 1 egg (and some ham if you wish), mix around for 2 mins and done! No morning rush to have a nutritious healthy brekkie

05.01.2022 Help me, help you! What's your biggest challenge when it comes to healthy eating ?

02.01.2022 I'm in for a crazy week, so having breakfast ready to go is a must! Breakfast slice is an easy, ready -to- grab option. Pick your protein (I used ham), chose several veggies (I used zucchini, capsicum, mushrooms, corn and spinach), chuck in some garlic, a few eggs, a few tbsp of flour, a small handful of cheese and pop it in the oven. Eat it cold or hot, add it to wraps, salads or on it's own.
