25.01.2022 8 weeks ago I started taking this amazing product @kiyomeeblends. What have I noticed ............ I have so much more energy, my nails and skin and healthier than ever and my body is way more hydrated.... That’s not even the best part. I don’t remember a time in the last 5 years that I have trained or done yoga and my hips, shoulders and groin didn’t hurt. I have been training hard for the last few weeks and yesterday, I was even able to do push-ups (albeit assisted) without any pain at all. It dawned on me last night that the difference to my body is definitely thanks to my daily dose of Kiyomee. This morning I spent some time clearing out my inbox which had been closing in every time I checked an email. I think at last count, I was up to 5278 emails that needed to be sorted. I have been facilitating this practise now online during the whole of Covid and have found that 6.30am is perfect timing for our Collective. Time to rise to the new day and enjoy the sunrise now the weather is beginning to warm up. We practise together live on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and the connection is simply incredible.
