21.01.2022 Homemade mango yogurt! Full of billions of probiotics (good bugs) and so easy to make with @kulturedwellness coconut yogurt starter culture. To make add half a cup of Kultured Wellness coconut yoghurt starter culture and 1 x 400ml tin of Ayam coconut cream, mix in a glass jar and ferment for 12-24hrs. Once it has expanded and thickened its fermented, add in the flesh of 1-2 blitzed mangoes. Mix and enjoy! 08.01.2022 Homemade orange jelly is so easy, and full of beautiful vitamins, minerals and amino acids. Its 3 ingredients too: gelatin, oranges and honey! Much more substantial then the store bought stuff! The recipe is: 1 and a half tablespoons gelatin... 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice 1/2 cup water 2 tablespoons water 1 teaspoon honey Extra orange pieces to put in the jelly. Squeeze 1-2 oranges, bloom gelatin in 2 tablespoons of water, add orange juice, water and gelatin to a pan, heat until the gelatins dissolved and pour into little cups. This one has dried apricots and cashews, chia seeds, flax seeds and oats. Mixed with some honey and coconut oil and toasted.
