17.01.2022 Making Coconut Yogurt: 2 400ml cans of AYAM Pure Coconut Cream 1 Packet of AYAM Premium Coconut Milk Powder 3 teaspoons of Inner Health Powder (30 Billion Live Probiotic Bacteria)... Combine all the ingredients and stir gently (not higher than 3 in the Thermomix) Stir on a slow setting for one hour at 37 degrees. Now let fermentation do its work at room temperature for a few hours: Melbourne in Winter 4-6 hours - Melbourne in Sommer 1-2 hours. Fill into glass containers with airtight lids and store in Fridge. Now it's up to your taste buds, how do you like your Coconut Yoghurt? If your yoghurt tastes too mild, too sweet or too coconutty, take your jars out of the fridge and let them ferment again for a few hours. Enjoy, Doris xx I have tried other brands of Coconut cream (organic or Aldi), but I get the most consistent results with the AYAM brand.
