23.01.2022 What I love the most is that Hamish said two key things that changed his life. And that is he decided and committed! Everything can change for you, once you decide and commit. Here is what Hamish said about his journey;... For most of my life I was a Prop, I was meant to be big, as long as I could do my role on the rugby field. I was given the nickname Fridge at College, the big white guy. The thing is when you are training hard you tend to burn heaps of calories, so you can eat more, but then you stop playing.... After finishing playing I lost discipline and would eat when I wanted, as well as an unhealthy addiction to energy drinks, I would get an initial surge of energy, followed by the crash, so I would have another, and I only exercised when I had to, which was very little. I was meant to be a role model to the children and young people I was coaching, I was far from it. Food was normally quick and easy not what was good for me. I really lacked for energy, & my sleep was poor and I stressed over the small stuff. As I neared my forties, I would come home and slump on the sofa, my son would ask me to come outside with him, and I would say "soon" 1 day my son said "soon means later" hearing that hurt, so I started to look at different diets and trying to work out, but I would start and then stop. I did Keto for a bit, but struggled to maintain it. Late in 2018 my good buddy Reece reached out. I put him off a few times, but committed to starting in January 2019. I decided I needed to be a far better Husband, by pulling my weight around the house, and a better role model to my amazing boy, as well as all the children I coach in my role as an RDO. I am loving the way I feel, the compliments I get from people are great for the mindset. I have had to re stock my wardrobe on my Isa journey, and love the fact I now wear a medium t-shirt. I am comfortable with my top off, my energy levels are through the roof, my quality of sleep is amazing, and I don't need as much, & I am able to handle stress so much better. Plus I am now the one encouraging my son to get out and be active! See more

12.01.2022 Feed your mind! Feel your soul! Feed your body! Feed your mind;... High vibe, positive, educational, inspiring content daily. Read, listen to docos, YouTube videos, online courses or podcasts. Ensure you are only feeding your mind high quality information. Feed your soul; Alone time, stillness, spend time with loved ones, laugh, play, do deep breathing, prayer, it may watching your fav show, meditation or silence. Do what makes you feel connected, that puts you in a state of trust, faith, hope and joy. Feed your body; High end nutrition, movement, stretching, decent sleep, detox (get rid of toxins), ensure you have enough protein daily, drink enough water or treat yourself to a massage. We are electrical beings with a chemistry lab living inside of us. If you don’t drink enough water or don’t have the right combo of foods or too much/too little food then your balance will be out. It can affect your hormones, weight, overall energy levels and happiness. All three are crucial and work to support one another. Leave out nourishing one part of your being and you’ll notice... take time and care to foster all three. What’s your favourite way to nourish either your mind, body or spirit?
