21.01.2022 Hello Customers, As a food processor and store we are deemed essential and will remain open during the next 6 week lockdown. However this is conditional as long as all our workers remain healthy. So please follow the rules ... > only two customers are allowed in our shop at one time. This means you may have to wait outside before being served so bring your umbrellas and a jackets > please respect the boundaries within our shop and dont touch anything unless necessary And most importantly if you are unwell please stay home and get tested. 06.01.2022 Hello Customers We are currently still open and trading our usual hours. We would like to keep you up to date on the precautions in regards to COVID19 at Wholemilk Continental Cheese Company. The health of our staff and customers are our first priority.... As a result we do ask you follow these simple rules when coming to our shop. > Only 2 people who are traveling together can be in the shop at one time. > If the shop is occupied please wait outside until it is vacated. It may be wise to bring an extra jacket and possibly an umbrella as we head to the colder and wetter months > Please limit touching anything in the shop, anything that is touched will be sanitised by staff. Please be patient while this is happening. > Please follow guidelines from the government. Stay home if you are unwell and while out maintain 1.5m distance from others If you have any other questions please send us a direct message and we will get back to you as soon as we can. 04.01.2022 Hello Everyone !! Just a friendly reminder that next Wednesday the 21st will be the last ricotta manufacturing day for 2016 However we will have cheese sales until the 23rd of December ... We will then re-open Monday the 30th of January 2017

03.01.2022 Hello All Here is a heads up that we are still open and trading as per usual. And will continue to do so unless otherwise instructed by the government. However there have been some minor changes to our shop. ... - a maximum of two customers are allowed within the shop at any time. If the shop is occupied we do kindly ask you wait patiently outside. - while the COVID19 crisis continues we will no longer be refilling ricotta containers. - we do ask that you allow us to collect any products you wish to purchase from the display fridges to minimus food handling We thank you for working with us at this time, hopefully all the little things we do as a collective will serve a greater good and we see normality return sooner rather than later The Russo Family
