Ingredients. 1 Ripe Mango. 400mL Coconut milk.... 5 Tablespoons Chia seeds. 1 teaspoon cinnamon. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric. Method. 1. Cut mango into cubes, puree in a blender and place into a bowl.. 2. Add coconut milk, chia seeds, cinnamon and turmeric. For a sweeter mixture add a small amount of honey. 3. Mix until ingredients are combined. 4. Place into 4 small glass jars. Top with roasted coconut chips and macadamias. 5. Method.... 1. Pre-soak buckwheat and chia seeds overnight. In one container place the buckwheat groats and cover with water. Place the chia seeds in a cup of water and cover, this will thicken up.... 2. Rinse buckwheat in a strainer and place into a saucepan.... 3. Pour in chia water and bring to the boil.... 4. Once the water starts to boil reduce heat and continue to stir. Add more water if necessary. Cook for 8-10mins.... 5. In a food processor place the hazelnuts and blend into a powder.... 6. Mix in the hazelnuts, cacao powder, dates and coconut milk. This will slowly thicken up....
