Making time for yourself is important, and if you aren't able to go away, you can create the same vibes at home; Try a brisk walk at sunrise, preparing a yummy healthy meal, drinking herbal tea using a nice teapot, practice meditation & self awareness, give yourself a body scrub or hair mask or read a book in the sunshine. It all helps create a happy healthy lifestyle.
