08.01.2022 After some inspiration for drinks this summer? I tweaked a recipe of my sisters to include some additional herbal benefits, and voila a Happy Herby Punch, just in time for entertaining (or just for yourself!). Ingredients: 3cm fresh ginger, peeled and sliced (the easiest way to peel ginger is by scraping the skin with a teaspoon) small handful fresh mint leaves... seeds of 1 pomegranate 3 slices of lemon 1 litre soda/mineral water (or still water if you prefer) Ice Add ginger, mint leaves, pomegranate seeds and lemon slices to a large jug. Add ice, fill with water and give a stir. Pour into a fancy glass, perhaps with half a lemon slice on the side, and serve. Delicious See more
