23.01.2022 My darling Molly is 3 today (or 21 in dog years)! She clearly isn’t keen to have her picture taken but I wanted to mark the occasion and wish her the happiest of doggie birthdays. Couldn’t imagine life without my molly moo xx

22.01.2022 Dreaming of your summer holidays?! Ready to escape winter?! I am do you or anyone you know have a holiday house on the Mornington Peninsula that you want to rent on Airbnb? I’m the Vic state manager of ihostme, a short term property rental management business that takes all of the hard work out of your property rental. We specialise in managing Airbnb’s and with over 3 years of experience, have a great team established. Did you know you can earn more revenue renting your property as a short term rental compared to a long term rental? And then of course there are the tax deduction benefits too? If you would like more info, please get in touch

13.01.2022 IT’S SRPING TIME! Which means it’s the perfect time to get planting I’m so grateful to have a friend come help me with my garden bed, especially coinciding my planting with the full moon to maximise my harvest potential. In addition I have amazing #grolife fertiliser which is all natural, Australian made, child and pet friendly and has proven results. I can’t recommend this fertiliser highly enough, so much so that I became a wholesaler. So if you’re looking at planting or want a great food for your garden then please reach out to me xx

03.01.2022 tired eyes hair needs a wash low on energy real life ... To say the past couple of months for me has been big, is an understatement. Life will continuously throw us challenges but it’s how we step up to meet and learn from them, which counts. Reflection is important. Taking time out is important. Being kind to yourself, is super important. I will continue to show up, I will continue to learn and I will continue to peel back the layers in order to be the deeply loving, caring, compassionate woman that I am. Right now I am going to focus on putting more effort into my self-care as not doing enough of this recently, is what’s holding me back. Bring on the pondering, meditation, rest and restoration who is with me???

03.01.2022 As most of you know spirituality is a big part of my life. The past 10 years have been an amazing part of my journey and understanding of all things ‘spiritual’ but what has formed the foundation of my beliefs are these 11 spiritual values. It’s a constant daily practice to apply these values, sometimes I get it right, sometimes I get a good hard lesson BUT what I have learnt is that if you don’t have values to live your life by, you’ll wander aimlessly. What these values a...re doesn’t really matter. What matters is that they bring meaning to your life and make you a better human. For some it’s religion. For others it’s what their parents instilled in them. But as the saying goes, if you don’t stand for something, you’ll fall for anything. Because these spiritual values form the fundamental foundation of my beliefs, I like to have them hanging on the wall as a constant reminder. I will be teaching these values to my daughter and hope she goes on to see just how much they can help her overcome the obstacles she will face in life. If you want to know more about these spiritual values or you would like your own copy for your wall at home, then please reach out #weareallinthistogether

03.01.2022 It’s beginning to feel a lot like Christmas !! Who else is excited for #xmas2020 it’s been one hell of a year so let’s bring some joy and celebration into our life as we close out one year and get ready to welcome in 2021. With Christmas can come lots of anxiety though. Family catch-ups that are tense, stretched budgets buying presents and too much food and drink. I have noticed the anxiety creeping into my life as the social occasions are filling the calendar and ...life seems to be getting super busy again. Also the end of the year marks a time of reflection for me. How has the year been? What have I learnt? Have I grown? And what do I want for the year to come? Today I’m sitting down to ponder this more deeply. I’m getting out my journal and getting clear on where I have been and where I am going. It doesn’t have to be about intention setting or manifestation, but it is about reflecting and getting real! Who else is going to take some time to reflect and ponder? In the least it may help manage some of that anxiety
