24.01.2022 What a truly insightful and inspiring workshop we had with Matthew Greenwood. The ‘Medicine Wheel’ taught us so much about where we are, what we are doing and why, and where we are headed. Thankyou to those that travelled and shared. We all have a special place to sit, ponder and grow. To our guides and ancestors for leading us to a place of peace within, we are forever grateful. To the friendships we have and continue to build upon our gratitude is eternal. Love and growth to all embarking on a journey of self healing and healing for humanity!!

13.01.2022 Do you find signs in nature? Are you connected to the earth and her beauty? Do you know what the signs mean and the messages they bring?... Is there a particular element you are drawn to? Earth, air, fire and water. Do you know our guides adore the natural elements, and shine when we embrace their beauty? After a particularly intense two months and more growth. I had a messenger visit me yesterday. It was especially poignant and uplifting. As I sat with this stunned little one and focused upon her wings, she didn’t want to leave. I sat with her for about 20 minutes. After knowing she was ready to fly, she sat on my heart for quite sometime. Once I received my message for moving forward, she flew!! A sparrow is productive, walk with poise, your head held up, eyes straight ahead, showing the world your self respect and dignity. Whistle and sing as you diligently work. Your hardships at present are coming to an end. Your willpower is being renewed. No fear. Be assertive. You are a survivor. Never let yourself feel defeated. Thank you little one!!
12.01.2022 How often do you catch yourself focusing on the negative of a situation, place, person or thought? What we think we create, what we create we become. Have you created a reality of stress, anxiety, blame, shame and guilt? Just by a mere negative thought. ... Do you get caught up in the what if? How come? Why me? It’s time to embrace the beautiful positive part of your brain, your soul and your essence to lead you to your purpose and a life full of wonderous possibilities. Just for today........ catch those negative thoughts, be mindful of the words that pass your lips and turn it around. One thought at a time. You might not believe these positive opposites to start with. But every majestic gum tree started as a seed.
