25.01.2022 God’s Gym. There really is no excuse! Today my healthy bones ladies and I decided to go for a workout in the fresh air. In our walk we came across some hopscotch. What a great way to work out. Outdoors, sun shining, birds chirping, working on agility and mobility and having a laugh at the same time. With all the madness that surrounds us at the moment we can still find time to enjoy life and take care of our well-being physically and mentally



24.01.2022 CoronaVirus Update: For those working from home at the moment or worried about coming to the gym, I am offering mobile PT sessions to your homes or to any local parks. Happy to extend that to others as well. (Friends, family, neighbours, work colleagues) I have equipment I can bring no problem, however we don't need much as our environment, be it in the home or in the local park, gives us plenty to play with. It's more about getting you up and exercising more frequently.... I am also going to start some group training in the park out of the back of the gym. We just need to work out what time and day is going to work best for us both. If anyone is interested, please contact me and we can work out the details, ie; a mutually convenient time, place etc. I would also like to add that the space at Resultz is far more healthier than going to the shopping centres, grocers, cinemas, etc. With no more than 10-15 people in the gym at any one time, with natural air flowing through the gym from louvered windows, fans, and no Air-conditioning. PLUS we are being super diligent in spraying everything before and after with santisers as well as having hand sanitisers placed through out the gym. AND you are working on keeping your resilience and immunity strong. The best line of defence for situations like these.

We are all working towards making your workout space a safe and clean place to train so that you can keep on top of your health and fitness in order to fight off this virus. With louvered windows and fresh air flow all day and night, ... With no air-conditioning to spread bugs and viruses, With hand sanitisers and soap positioned every where to keep your hands clean, With Mat, myself and the other trainers disinfecting everything constantly throughout the day, and With very few people at the gym at any one time, this is probably one of the safer places to come whilst being proactive towards your health and immunity. :)

22.01.2022 Every year you get older the world seems to turn faster. With so much to see and do in life we want to stay as young as we can for as long as we can so we can do all these things and the way to do that is to stay on top of your exercise and stretching regime consistently. In this video my men’s healthy bones class (eldest here is 81) are doing old age with better fitness, mobility and flexibility and therefore are able to do life in a better state physically and mentally.

11.01.2022 We are all quite fearful of the unknown for our future when it comes to this developing coronavirus outbreak. My greatest concern is that of our well-being because it feeds on the weak and so, as you know, it is imperative we all keep on top of our health and wellness. It is in these times that survival of the fittest could not be more apt as this virus feeds on the weak and so therefore we must stay consistent and dedicated to our health regime. As you are all aware res...earch and scientific evidence suggests that we must keep our immune systems strong and 4 ways to boost this are as follows - 1. Balanced Diet 2. Stay Hydrated 3. Good Sleep 4. Active Lifestyle We must also stay positive in this time of uncertainty as optimism and looking on the bright side is a strong and preventative medicine. You become what you think and so the more your thoughts are of strength and positivity, the better you will look after yourselves and be better equipped to guard off this horrible virus. Whollyfit Foundations is about helping you as a whole/holistically and keeping you motivated to build and maintain your foundations as they are the underlying basis of your health. Having a strong foundation and maintaining these will give you a better chance of warding off any bugs and viruses. Therefore in order to stay ahead of the game and be prepared in advance of quarantine the following additional options/choices/packages, have been put in place to keep you motivated to exercise and on top of your daily health and wellness regime. 1. An online/virtual PT session/s. That way you are kept motivated to train but in the privacy and safety of your own home via Zoom/skype or facetime. or 2. 2 weekly programs written, emailed and reported back to me, to keep your workouts varied and challenging whilst at home. or 3. Food Diary to be kept and reported back to me weekly for guidance and accountability. or 4. All of the above. Until such time, I encourage you all to continue with your Personal and Group Training with me at Resultz. In the meantime I would like to thank you for your ongoing support to Whollyfit over the years and if you have any friends or family that need help in building their foundations I would be most grateful if you could send them my way. Therefore if anyone is interested I am holding healthy bones classes for oldies (65 and over) in the park behind Resultz gym. Monday’s Wednesday’s and Fridays for 10 people maximum. If you are interested and would like to know details please message me or if you would like me to run more classes we can arrange that too
