25.01.2022 Well WHAT a year it's been! 2020 has certainly taught us that above all else... we can achieve greatness! As Whoosh continues to grow we'd like to do a shout out to all our Whoosh Trainers who day in day out inspire, motivate and grow to continue helping people find a love for health, fitness and wellbeing with zero judgement! Without them we can't spread the word of the positive benefits of leading a well balanced healthy life. ... To our clients we thank you for sticking with us through this very up and down year. Our goal is to build you up, give you inspiration, lend an ear when you're feeling frustrated or stuck and never judge or humiliate you. Fitness should be fun! Once you find out that you can get results AND actually enjoy fitness that's when you've found inner peace and balance which leads to ongoing consistency with maintenance, weight loss or even improvement of tone and strength.
