24.01.2022 Good Friday = hot cross buns! Cafe open until 3pm today.

24.01.2022 First day of winter and first day we have welcomed sit-down customers for a couple of months. We do have some conditions but up to six people at a time can enjoy our hospitality, great coffee and warm cafe. Plus we have plenty of hand sanitizer available. Welcome back Whorouly!

24.01.2022 We are having some power issues at the cafe. Ausnet is on the job but it is freezing inside without the heater, so I have resorted to beanie and blanket. We will be closing early today and hopefully back with full power (and warmth) tomorrow.

18.01.2022 Yes we are OPEN as an essential provider - grocery store, cafe (takeaway only), post office and newsagent. Usual hours and same great coffee! Don’t forget your mask and please leave as soon as possible

15.01.2022 From today face masks are essential, so if you want to look after our community and get a cup of coffee, make sure you cover up. If you are not wearing a mask, you will be refused entry. Stay safe and keep smiling (even though we can’t see it).

12.01.2022 It’s a cracker of a frost this morning, so wait until the sun warms things up a bit and then call into the cafe and pick up a delicious cup of hot coffee (takeaway of course)!

09.01.2022 At 6.30am temperature at Whorouly was -1.6 degrees but app said it felt like -5.8 and it did! Still a cracking frost around but the coffee is hot at the cafe. Open until 3pm today.

03.01.2022 Don’t forget Clean-Up Australia (Whorouly) Day this Sunday! The rubbish pictured was picked up on a 5km stretch from the pub to the bike track along Whorouly-Bowmans Rd. Let’s keep Whorouly clean.

Like one young family in lockdown organised for us to make this decadent mud chocolate cake to give to their dad (new grandpa) when he comes to get his paper this morning!
