17.01.2022 We are OPEN for Bar Service from 12.00 noon Thursday 17th September Please note the following is the Whorouly Hotel’s COVID safe plan. Everyone must follow these rules to avoid being fined or denied entry into the hotel REGISTRATION You must register your name and phone number upon arrival. There is a sign in poster as you enter the hotel that allows you to simply QR scan using your smartphone, staff will show you how to use this it’s very simple. These QR code scans are also... located at your tables for convenience. If you don’t have a smartphone don’t worry we can take your information manually. MASKS Masks must be worn at all times whilst walking around the venue including entering the hotel, using the toilets or ordering food and drinks from the bar. You may remove masks to eat and drink whilst seated. THERE IS TO BE NO VERTICAL DRINKING, you must not loiter at the bar. ORDERING FOOD & DRINKS You may order your food and drinks from the bar but must observe the one person at each section of the bar at any one time. Please maintain social distancing (1.5 metres) whilst waiting your turn to order. See signage. THERE IS NO SITTING OR STANDING AT THE BAR EXCEPT TO ORDER. REGIONAL VICTORIA You must reside in regional Victoria in order to enter the bar. All unfamiliar patrons will be asked for photo identification and denied access if they are not from Regional Victoria. Please note this also excludes visitors from the Mitchell Shire or the Mornington Peninsula. TAKEAWAY SERVICE If you are collecting a takeaway meal or drinks you do not need to register if you intend to leave the premises within 15 minutes but you must wear a mask and observe social distancing rules. CAPACITY At this venue we may have 10 people seated at the tables, chairs and barrels within the bar, we can also have up to 20 people under the front verandah. 12 at the designated tables and 8 if they are one group at the left of the entrance of the pub. Furthermore we may seat 30 patrons in the beer garden and outside areas with a maximum of 10 per group. So many rules we know but this is our new normal for now. We appreciate your assistance with following these guidelines and are grateful for your patronage, hopefully if we manage this phase successfully we will open normally very soon
