15.01.2022 Happy Monday Kris Buki called in for a creatine re-stock (of course... its his FAV!) Did you see Kriss CREATINE (why, when & results) post in April this year? ... In case you missed it, here it is below! - - - - - - - - - Hey fit fam, Kris here @kris.buki34 I want to share a few things about my all time favourite supplement, Creatine. Creatine is a very important supplement I take every day without fail. Creatine has no taste so I throw two scoops (normally) in with my protein shake each morning. Creatine is a must in your daily routine! . . WHY: As you use your muscles for either reps or explosive movements you use up energy (Adenosine triphosphate or ATP). This will only really help for the first 3 seconds into usage and thats why your one rep max is lower then your 8-10 rep max, once you use us ATP you can Recover some amounts with rest times in between but more importantly once you do use up ATP your natural bodys creatine supplements this and rejuvenates some of the energy level in your muscles. So...supplementing creatine is extremely helpful not just for weight lifting and workouts but throughout the entire day. . . RESULTS: You will see results within the first two weeks once you load creatine and it is has reached capacity in your body. You can also get creatine from chicken and beef however small amounts (about 1g per day). . . DOSAGE: I personally take between 5 to 15g per day to really elevate my energy potential throughout my workouts. . . WATER RETENTION: Within 14 days Creatine will also have water retention properties around muscles which will give you a fuller look and support putting your muscles under heavy loads when needed most. . . EXPERIENCE: I have personally have been taking creatine every single day and feel great throughout the entire day (never feeling like I wish I had more energy). . . MORE RESULTS: Since I started taking creatine I can smash out long gym sessions and still feel like I have more in the tank! (My mates are telling me that Im crazy because theyre normally cooked within the first hour ). I believe that creatine helped me achieve the results I have today., whether that be physical or the capacity to lift certain weights. Before supplementing creatine I was struggling to deadlift 100kg for 12 reps... now with some progressive overload, hard work, and the correct supplements, I can now deadlift 140kg for 8-10 reps.
