21.01.2022 WICKHAM GLASS is still open for business..... we remind our customers please to practice social distancing whether your within our premises or our glaziers are performing works at your home. Please let us know if anyone within your home is unwell or getting tested so we can rearrange works for another time. Let’s all be Covid safe, stop the spread and flatten the curve.

20.01.2022 COVID 19 / CORONA VIRUS. As of the 23rd of March 2020 The Australian Federal Government has put Australia and the State of Victoria on Stage 1 Lockdown. This is affecting the operation and opening of retail businesses and businesses that have the possibility of mass gatherings in close vicinity. The list of affected businesses and retail shops is as follows: Pubs, Clubs, Cinemas, Nightclubs, Places of worship, Gyms, Indoor sporting venues and sit in hospitality places like re...staurants and cafes. The current stage 1 lockdown is not affecting trades and businesses that provide a service such as: Plumbers, Electricians, sole traders, floor and tiling, blind and curtain, glass and glazing as well as window tinting businesses. Wickham Glass understands the seriousness of the Covid 19 virus and has taken the following steps to ensure it complies with the Australian Governments rules on the stage 1 lockdown: . A 1.5 meter distance between people interacting must be kept at all times. . No handshakes, fist pumps or elbow shakes are to be made. . When visiting a customer in their home or place of work no consumption of offered food or drink may be consumed: E.G coffee, water ect. . When installing glass a 4meter clearance work area is to be maintained at all times free of people and animals. . The cutting of glass is done at our premises located in Hastings, or supplied by our suppliers . Wickham Glass practices high personal hygiene involving the washing of hands before and after every job and interaction with people. Our premises are being cleaned regularly. . Wickham Glass asks our customers to be mindful of their personal hygiene and health. If you are feeling unwell in any way. Please notify us prior to any appointment. We would insist on rescheduling. . Wickham glass are able to take your glass orders over the phone / email. As we would like to help stop the spread by reducing unnecessary social interactions. We look forward to dealing with you in a safe and professional manner as we continue to trade until otherwise stated by the Australian Government.

18.01.2022 UPDATED 15th Feb 2021 Due to Current restrictions .... we are only able to perform emergency glass replacements. Our showroom is closed to retail. So please contact us through our business number and email. For contactless supply only transactions. We are also taking details for when we are able to operate as normal if you would like a measure and quote. Thank you for your support and we look forward to returning to normal operations.
