25.01.2022 We do all types of building construction work. We do some other small jobs too, we fix up the eaves on this house to stop the small animal's from getting in. Also we did this Arbar that the owner wanted to keep the existing post and something for her roses to climb over.

23.01.2022 Prefect time just finished this pergola before the heat. Before and after pictures. The existing structure was old and need to be Rebuilt. Owners did the painting before we started and then touched up after. Come up great. We build pergolas, houses and unit development. Call us today.

22.01.2022 Congratulations to Sam Spedding making it to the front page of the Riverine Herald. For his Victorian Master builders Apprentice award. We are very lucky to have this great young man on our team.

17.01.2022 Today worked on putting a truss and a beam in the roof space to carry the ceiling joists. Once this is done now the wall beneath can be removed. We used a truss instead of a beam, two things why, lite weight and plus if we use a beam it would protrude out of the roof. We tied the joist to the truss and beam with metal joist hangers. If you have a wall that you like to removed, make sure you get a registered builder to do it.

16.01.2022 Timber frames has improved a lot of the years with designed tie downs for wall frames and roof trusses for wind classification. Wall and trusses frames go up fast but it take just as long to do tie down brackets. This frame is blue in colour as it is treated for white ants. Wickham Homes know's the area well and only uses treat timber for there construction. What type of frame have you got?

13.01.2022 Progress video on our project in Rochester. Used Modwood decking and colorblond cladding for the walls.

11.01.2022 Underpinning buildings - our soil here in some parts of Echuca is very unstable. Doing more underpin jobs every year. Today we are looking at this garage was done on footing and there is signs of movement. Taking levels to see what it's doing so our Engineer can advise us the best strategy to fix it. On the other hand we can leave it, it may not be affecting anything and it may not move any more. Question: What would you want!

11.01.2022 Just finishing up doing some painting on the bricks. We cut this door into the double brick wall at Foodmach so they guys got access to the smoko room. Supplied and fitted door frame and door. They organised some concrete paving done too. Come up well.

10.01.2022 Today finish the frame, straighten and braced ready for roof trusses. Truss coming from P & K Roof truss in Echuca.

09.01.2022 Kitchen in and tiling just about done at our Rochester project.

09.01.2022 House slab ready for pouring Monday in Moama. It's amazing how deep the foundation are these days. Frame end of next week.

08.01.2022 We are working on a bathroom renovation at the moment. The exiting ceiling and walls were covered in mould to the point that it couldn't be fixed. So off it come. It was a good time too the water was leaking in the shower. We are putting in a larger shower and move the bath to the end so we can still fit the vanity. Plaster done today and then waterproofing tomorrow.

07.01.2022 Another nice little project completed. Owners had a small window in the wall wanted access to the outside. Owners got Stegbar to make up a sliding door. We came in and cut out the open installed the door and fitted the architraves and weatherboards. Happy customers.

06.01.2022 Some toilet partition we fitted for a local company. Black waterproof materials 16mm panel. Looks great.

05.01.2022 Just got my new HIA members card in the mail today. Wow..didn't realize how long I've been with these guys. 20 years and they are sending me a framed certificate.

04.01.2022 Waterproofing your shower are important! If you have a leak in the wall and your silicone is old or has a crack then it's up to the waterproofing to stop the water getting into the wall. Make sure your silicone has no holes or is open as water will get in. It needs to be cut out and RE done. Don't just fill it, it will not work properly. And if it get worst then you have to do rip it all out. It's not a fun job and can be expensive to repair.

02.01.2022 Water proofing done on our project in Echuca Bathroom and Laundry refurbish. Wetseal guys did a great job. This waterproofing is an Australian standard and I always leave it to the professionals. Tiling next. The family still are living at home while we do the job so we set up the bath so they can use it.

02.01.2022 Check out this awesome alfresco area that we did on the end of Kylie and Garry Kervin home. LVL beams stained with painted battens to match the roof iron. Rustic sheets on the walls and old timbers to match. Outside lined with fly wire done by Echuca glass and aluminum. It was a pleasure to build such a beautiful house.
