24.01.2022 There's real food and fake food. Real food used to be for the fringe dwellers but the virus has meant that there is a boom in people wanting a healthy gut and strong immune system from eating food grown in nutrient rich living soil. The Gbiota club is where people go to learn about, share, grow, buy and eat real food.... Why not join - it's free - just go to www.gbiota.com
23.01.2022 80% of our immune system which should protect us from the Corona virus lives in our guts. GBiota beds were developed to grow plants which act as natural and the most effective source of pre and probiotics, however they can be a bit intimidating for a first time grower. To fight the virus I have developed a dead simple Gbiota bed which anyone can use and is totally free for personal use. Watch this video https://youtu.be/gQOKhk41Htk
19.01.2022 I receive many requests to write a post focusing on soils for Wicking and Gbiota Beds and explaining the link between soil biology, gut health and our immune system. Here is the link. https://gbiota.com/2020/04/21/making-soil-work/ ... If you want to receive notification of new posts on how the way we grow our food affects our health please go to the Comments section at the bottom of any post.
10.01.2022 How can ordinary people fight the Corona virus. Anyone with a bit of land can grow food, which will strenghten their gut biology and immune system. To find out how - start with this video https://youtu.be/n10-PBP9b2o then go to my web site www.gbiota.com There are good bugs and bad bugs, normally the good bugs keep the bad bugs under control - it is called ecological balance. Corona has destroyed that balance. We need to look after the good bugs - they protect us.
08.01.2022 When you join the Gbiota club you get a stronger gut, immune and hormonal system by eating real food. It works on the principle of Community Assisted Agriculture (CSA). A local Gbiota coordinator gathers a group of consumers together to provide purchasing power, they then approach growers to add essential trace minerals and microbial starters to the soil and feed the beneficial biology with organic waste, and avoid the use of toxic chemicals creating a truly sustainable food system. Consumers buy directly on line at reasonable prices with produce delivered directly to their home or a central hub. We are actively seeking local area coordinators, they will be rewarded by knowing they are providing a valuable community service and will also receive a commission on sales so they can build a viable business. 06.01.2022 The Gbiota movement aims to link people who understand how important food is to our gut health with regenerative growers who understand that health starts in the soil. Local coordinators play a crucial role so we are looking for people with a knowledge of food and health and organisational and entrepreneurial skills. While the focus is on a commitment to social health, coordinators receive a commission on all sales providing gainful employment. More info at www.gbiota.com
06.01.2022 Health may start in the soil but it lands in the guts. For years I have been learning and experimenting on how the way we grow our food affects our gut health. While I live a rather reclusive life with the Corona virus I feel a need to make the information widely available.
02.01.2022 The WHO has declared the Corona virus a global pandemic. The most effective and practical action that people can take is to improve their immune system by getting a healthy gut which comes form eating the right food. We have a Corona virus emergency plan of linking people at threat from Coronavirus with regenerative growers who are willing to grow in a way which improves gut health. Please read about this emergency plan at www.gbiota.com and if you are able to help please let me know. Colin Austin
