09.01.2022 Attention all Members and Supporters: Flash Working Bee. Due to an increase in trespassing issues over the past month, we are holding an urgent working bee this Saturday to close off a number of entry points along our boundaries as well as clean up sight lines on a number of security camera installation locations. All assistance from our members and supporters would be greatly appreciated. ... Additionally, we have another event in the planning stage and need some help with tidying the course. As our tractor is still in the process of repair, If you have a slasher, ride on mower, brush cutter etc and would be happy to use them, we would greatly appreciate the help even if only an hour or so. Please respond if you can make it so we can better plan our resources for the morning.

07.01.2022 Attention in the Pits!!! After a quiet year it is finally time to go RACING!! We are looking for helpers to ensure the smooth running of our Rallysprint to be held on Saturday the 28th of November. This is the perfect opportunity to have a front row seat to some of the fastest rally action you will see this year on the Fraser Coast. ... Due to Covid-19 related restrictions, this event will not be open to the general public and spectators so the only way to see this event is to be a registered event volunteer. If you are interested, please contact Ross Perry on 0405 184 458

06.01.2022 The dust is flying and that means just one thing! Its race day. Unfortunately, this round is competitors only but next year we look forward to inviting spectators back to our events.

04.01.2022 Wide Bay Motor Complex Rally Sprint 2020 Welcome to the Wide Bay Motor Complex Rallysprint 2020. Our small team of volunteers have worked hard since our first event to improve the course and facilities on offer and we are proud of what we have achieved with a very small working group and very limited funds. ... We now have toilets and hot showers available as well as a much larger grass Service Area with camping available. For those who competed in our first Rallysprint, you will welcome the changes. The organising committee have put together a special stage of just on 7km in length which we will run three times in each direction. We believe with the mix of fast roads and tight technical sections, it will offer good value for money competition. We have chosen to run our event under the AASA group and are excited at what they have brought to the table to support our club. This in turn is allowing us to run our event the way we believe our competitors want. For us it’s all about giving you, our competitors a hassle free, low stress but most of all a FUN event. As 2020 has been a challenging year so far, we hope to give you something to smile about again. Clerk of Course, Ross Perry. Sup Regs are live on our website and can be found at: https://www.widebaymotorcomplex.com/events.html
