13.01.2022 One positive thing about the Corona Virus lockdown is that it gives us extra time to build. Have a look at what Patrick M has been up to. It's a Flite Streak Junior. It looks a nice build and these planes really burn up the sky. Get two or three of these in a circle with 0.15 engines and streamers attached and you re ready for some 'Gentlemen's Combat'. Slow enough to give you time to think and if you agree not to fly upside down you'll probably just fall over laughing. But try and land first.

09.01.2022 ‘Fraying and Heat Shrink’ Looking for any handy hints from our building community. One of our customers has used ‘Brodak Heat Shrink ‘fabric’ covering on his build and is looking for a way to get a clean cut along the fabric with no fraying. He has used hobby knives, safety blades and even a fabric wheel. Perhaps you have a gem of a fix that will help get the clean final finish he is looking for. Look forward to any advice you may have to pass on.

07.01.2022 Just bought a K&B Stallion 35. A bit of nostalgia as I had one when I was 15. This one looks brand new - doesn't look to have been mounted.... Either a Mercury Cobra (which i had the original in) or a Slite Freak or Sterling Yak may be its home.... Another ideas on a profile design that might suit.

02.01.2022 The CL aircraft in the pics below is Craig B’s new addition to his collection. Its an original, 'one of', hand-cut creation based on the Bob Palmer Hurricane Kit by Veco. It has a 54 Wingspan and is powered by an OSLA 46 turning a Turnigy 3 blade wooden prop which has been painted for authenticity. The rest of the colour scheme may not be totally to scale but it still looks great. I’m looking forward to seeing some pics of it in the air.
