12.01.2022 #Repost @darthhatter00 *Update* Kristinn Hrafnsson was let back in after solicitors intervened. "I have a serious announcement to make. Now only minutes before this hearing started my name was called out by the authorities here outside the public gallery who is the editor of WikiLeaks and I was told the court had decided to ban me from the public gallery altogether. I got no reason. There was no reason given for that decision. Simply the editor of WikiLeaks was banned from ...the public gallery at this hearing. I'm still waiting for a reason, but I am absolutely outraged. I am outraged by this decision and it doesn't surprise me. It doesn't increase my faith in the justice system of this country when people are barred from entering specifically the hearing, the most important hearing to the fate of WikiLeaks, to the fate of Julian Assange, and to the fate of journalism. I hope that you relay this onward and demand some answers because I'm not getting any. Why on earth am I banned from the public gallery in this important hearing. It's outrageous!" 09.01.2022 Commentary from Captain Paul Watson THE DEMONIZATION OF JULIAN ASSANGE Wikileaks helped Sea Shepherd in the past by exposing the collusion between the Australian government and the Japanese government over whaling and their mutual opposition to Sea Shepherd's interventions. Wikileaks also exposed some of the truths about the horrific slaughter of dolphins in Taji, Japan. Julian Assange is a member of an endangered profession - real journalism.... The efforts by the mainstream media to demonize Assange have been despicable. His only "crime" has been to expose the truth, to uncover real crimes against people and the environment. Assange is now on trial in Great Britain, a trial that is nothing but a kangaroo court where the verdict was established before he even set foot before the court. The USA, the U.K. and Australia intent to make him suffer for the many times he exposed and embarrassed so many powerful and corrupt leaders. How can the U.S.A. try a man for treason when he is not even a U.S. citizen? Why is Australia so complicit in the condemnation of one of their own citizens? Why is the mainstream media so eager to throw one of the greatest journalists on the planet under the bus? In my opinion, Julian Assange is the most important journalist on the planet today. He has fought to expose truths and the message that the powers to be intend to send is clear. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO EXPOSE OUR ATROCITIES, OUR CRIMES AND OUR CORRUPTION OR ELSE!
