19.01.2022 Due to the rain, the shed clean out at the WAAG ground, Country Paradise at 9am today has been postponed.

18.01.2022 Our sign up night is Monday February 3 at 6pm. If you cannot make this date, but still wish to join WAAG for 2020, then please contact the committee via email at [email protected]. We have a guest speaker at the sign up night, Dr Lena Clifford DVM, trained as a veterinarian in Germany where she has completed her PHD, and now specialises in animal acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine and animal biomechanics in Australia providing her unique skills and complementary therapies t...o dogs, horses and other animals. Lena’s knowledge and understanding of the sciences will be interesting for all of us. There is no charge for attending this short seminar. She will be demonstrating with two dogs, so to keep this calm we ask that no others bring their dogs to the sign up night. We will be cleaning out the shed at Country Paradise on Sunday February 9 at 9am, should take about 2 hours, so if you can help, please attend. Full training will recommence on Monday February 10 all classes to arrive at 6pm for a 6.30pm start. We have a new format to our training sessions which will start on the first night, more details at the sign up night. We will have guest instructors during the year, instructing both the novice levels and advanced levels, the WAAG committee are very excited about this as it will help all of us improve our skills in training our dogs. We look forward to seeing you on February 3.

03.01.2022 Unfortunately we have to cancel training tonight, the smoke in the Nerang area is very heavy and we are being advised that it will get worse by this evening. So for the safety of all handlers and their dogs, we are not training.
