09.01.2022 Something Ive noticed is that many women approach their healing journey from a place of lack or insufficiency. What I mean by that is that they believe there is something fundamentally wrong with them, that something is missing or broken, and that they must strive to get better do better be better. This approach may help us reach some of our goals, but it rarely leads to lasting fulfilment or true self- love. I know this because I tried it for years until I came home to ...the simple yet profound truth that I already am everything that I was striving to be Its all here inside of us, and the only thing we really have to do is discover, awaken and embody the qualities of our authentic self This concept of innate wholeness is a subtle yet powerful shift in perception that is at the heart of my personal philosophy and is one of the underlying principles of my offerings as a healer, depth coach and guide. I believe that by cultivating self-awareness, reclaiming our shadow stories, all women can experience deep energetic activation of their own wild feminine archetypes.
