25.01.2022 Wild Olive Cafe would like to announce our January dates for our cheese making classes. Sunday the 17th and Sunday the 24th. 4.30pm start time, class will go for 2.5hrs. Both classes will be held at Wild Olive and limited to 8 people per class. Cost is $100 you will be making Halloumi and Mascarpone (both classes)You will take home a kilo of cheese per person. You will also have notes and instruction manual on how to continue making cheese at home, not to mention classes will... be taken by the very talented Hannah Lillywhite, third generation cheese maker. Trust me, this ladie knows everything their is to know about cheese. You can contact Wild Olive to book or email Hannah herself [email protected] to reserve your spot. Deposit of $30 is required to hold your spot. Here's a couple of photos from our last masterclass! We also have gift vouchers available if you wish to give as a christmas present. Country of origin meals this week are from Turkey. 1. Lamb rice pilaf.... 2. Chargrilled eggplant and tomato dish. Also doing the roast pork and gravy roll today. 09.01.2022 It's a tiramisu kinda morning! Also wanted to let you all know we are closed New Years Day, trading as usual Saturday and Sunday. Our new menu will be ready to roll next week! 07.01.2022 Hello everyone, A couple of things to let you know. 1. Our trading hours over Christmas new year period are as normal Wednesday to Sunday. However we are closed Christmas day, boxing day and new years day. 2. Country of origin meals will resume in the new year.... 3. We would like to express our thanks to Nick, our barista who jumped right in to help us after Troys health hiccup. You've been fantastic and have helped us more than you know! Goodluck with your next adventure. We'll miss having you at the Olive. 4. To you, our valued and delightful customers. 07.01.2022 Good morning everyone, What a beautiful day we have here in Coraki. This post is a thankyou/shout out to the wonderful, kind people who bring their excess produce down to our little cafe. I know nobody wants to be named, so thankyou for the parsley, the lemons and limes, the chillis and the cucumbers. You know who you are and we are very grateful.
