24.01.2022 The power of yoga to transform someone into deep relaxation always amazes me... I just took a team of 9 people in their lunch hour through a flowing vinyasa sty...le class (so lots of breathing with movement) under a big beautiful tree right next to a train line... there were noisy cars, trucks, motorbikes, trains, planes and then a chainsaw started up across the road... and still my students rested so deeply they didn’t want to get up after Shavasana Thank you yogis for your collective and accumulative teaching of this beautiful and life changing modality I am so humbled to be a yoga teacher
